The Jury
The artists selected by an external jury comprised of Michael Reindel and So Young Park together with QMA’s curators Justina Špeirokaitė and Ale Zapata.
Michael Reindel
Michael Reindel’s practice operates through a network of sculptural elements and materials treated as inventory. The body of work is constantly repacked, processed and reassembled in response to the spatial and administrative conditions of its temporary holding environments, such as ecological sites, art institutions, warehouses or domestic spaces.

So Young Park
So Young Park is a Vienna-based artist working across live performance and performative installation. She completed her BA and MA in Visual Art in Seoul, South Korea and is currently studying Performative Art at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna. Her practice focuses on the in-between state of living and dying, approaching transitional states as another form of living. Re-experiencing the time her body has witnessed constitutes a central methodology in her work. Through the concept of Warm-Death, which she created, Park seeks to sense the fragility of death and the ephemerality embedded in everyday life.
